Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item up to 14 days from the day after delivery.

Returns must be received in original packing, unused and suitable for resale in order for us to be able to process you a refund. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage for returned items and for high value items using a recorded delivery service as unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returns which are not received.

Once any returned items are received we will refund or exchange your product within 14 days and any refunds will be processed using the same method you used to pay for the purchase
